"Marty Lim was very patient and understanding especially after I explained I had been at work since 3:00 am and had a hard time explaining my situation due to exhaustion. I wanted a quote for my auto and home insurance bundle, and wanted to switch over. Not only did she give me a quote but also emailed the documents for me to review. She took the time to review everything in detail over the phone and explained what needed to be done and answered any questions or concerns.
